Clinic Manager

About the role

Lumina Aesthetics Clinic is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and deliver exceptional patient experiences at our premium aesthetic clinic in Bali. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring strong leadership, operational expertise, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of clinical service and professionalism. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient clinic operations, optimising appointment scheduling, managing staff performance, overseeing inventory and financial controls, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies. Beyond operational management, the role carries a strong commercial focus, including driving revenue growth, improving patient acquisition and retention, maximising treatment bookings, and supporting marketing and business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure efficient workflows
• Optimise appointment scheduling and manage patient booking systems
• Manage staff performance, coaching, and development of multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee inventory management, procurement, and financial controls
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies
• Drive revenue growth and improve patient acquisition and retention
• Maximise treatment bookings and support marketing and business development initiatives
• Work closely with medical practitioners and management to strengthen operational efficiency
• Maintain patient satisfaction and contribute to the clinic's long-term growth

About you

• Proven experience in clinic management, preferably within medical aesthetics, dermatology, healthcare, or premium wellness services
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing, coaching, and developing multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness, including revenue management, sales performance, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent customer service and patient relationship management skills
• Understanding of aesthetic treatments, clinical workflows, patient safety, and healthcare compliance
• Experience managing appointment scheduling, inventory, procurement, and daily clinic operations
• Ability to drive patient acquisition, treatment conversion, retention, and business development initiatives
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in clinic management software, reporting systems, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of operational challenges, and deliver measurable results
