Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Group operational strategy and performance
- Oversee operations across manufacturing and construction.
- Monitor business unit performance across quality, cost, delivery, productivity, and profitability
- Lead and evaluate GM/Head-level operational leaders across business units
Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous improvement
- Develop SOP, KPI, operational control, and governance across the Group
- Optimize manpower, capacity, material, and other operational resources
- Identify and resolve cross-functional and cross-business operational issues
- Ensure operational capabilities support Group growth and revenue targets
- Provide strategic operational insights and recommendations to the Board/Management

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Civil Engineering, -business Management, or related field
- 15+ years of experience in Operations / Manufacturing / Project / Business Operations
- Minimum 5 years in GM / Director / Head of Operations / COO level
- Strong experience managing multiple business units, sites, or functions
- Strong understanding of operational planning, cost control, productivity, quality, supply chain, procurement, and project management
- Experience in manufacturing/garment, footwear, construction, or related industries
- Cross-industry operational experience is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills
