Channel Development Officer (Gym & Pharmacy)

URGENT HIRING NEEDED! CHANNEL DEVELOPMENT

Target Media Nusantara (TMN) is the branch office of China Focus Media Group and part of Sinar Mas company. We are the biggest indoor advertising platform company in Indonesia since 2018, backed by an extensive network of over 1,600 buildings and 7,500 screens across the Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya area. TMN is currently looking for Channel Development Officer to join our team! Are you passionate about building partnerships, expanding networks, and driving business growth, particularly with gyms and pharmacies? We are looking for a vibrant professional to own the full cycle of partner acquisition and help scale our presence!

What You Will Do :

• Identify and secure partnership opportunities with gyms, pharmacies, and other potential business partners to expand network and revenue streams.

• Manage the full cycle of partner acquisition, from canvassing and planning pipelines to meetings, negotiations, and final agreements.

• Conduct market research to explore new business opportunities and evaluate partner fit.

• Coordinate with internal teams to develop and implement partnership strategies.

• Oversee the process until installation is complete, working closely with the operations team.

• Monitor partnership performance, provide updates, and recommend improvements.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.

• Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with company objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Marketing, Communication, Business, Management, or related fields.

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in Real Estate, B2B Sales, Business Development, Event Organization, or related field within the fitness/gym equipment industry or pharmaceutical medicine distribution (pharmacies/apotek).

• Having a vast network of gym or pharmacy partners is a plus!

• Possess clear and confident communication with willingness to learn persuasive techniques.

• English proficiency at conversational to professional level for proposals, emails, and client interactions (Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or equivalent).

• Eager to learn, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.

• Has strong interest in business development or sales.

• Is open to feedback and continuous improvement in both skill and attitude.
