Areas of Responsibility

Depending on individual expertise and capabilities, responsibilities may include:

• Product Development & R&D: Experimentation, ingredient exploration, recipe development, product refinement, and customized offerings for events and special occasions.

• Operations & Leadership: Team coordination, training, inventory management, administration, and day-to-day operational management.

• Bar & Beverage: Coffee and beverage preparation, espresso and brewing techniques, recipe execution, quality control, and bar operations.

• Kitchen & Culinary: Food preparation, kitchen operations, recipe execution, and potential culinary development, including baking and pastry.

Both specialized expertise and versatility are valued. Applicants across different experience levels are welcome, with responsibilities aligned to individual strengths and the agreed role.
