Business Operational Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Operational Manager to work closely with our Managing Director and leadership team in driving operational excellence and business performance across multiple business units. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution by identifying operational challenges, developing effective solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of key initiatives across multiple profit centers and an organization of over 100 employees.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Director as a strategic partner in addressing business challenges, evaluating operational priorities, and supporting key decision-making processes

• Identify underlying business and operational issues, assess potential risks, and develop practical, scalable solutions

• Lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and expected outcomes

• Coordinate with department heads and teams across business units to improve alignment, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure effective execution

• Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness

• Analyze business and operational data, monitor key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance and drive growth

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, business management, or a similar leadership role

• Proven experience in managing complex operational challenges and driving initiatives across multiple teams or business units

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical, sustainable solutions

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align diverse teams and manage conflicting priorities

• Strong execution and project management capabilities, with a focus on accountability, efficiency, and measurable results

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-business environment

• Able to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure effective implementation
