Business Development & Partnerships Officer

About the role

This is a field position meeting villa owners, gym and sports club managers, tour guides, drivers, and event organizers. You'll be naturally outgoing—the type of person who can connect with anyone quickly, enjoys talking and meeting new people, and enjoys building relationships. This is not an office position.

Key responsibilities

• Visit villas/apartments around Sanur to build partnerships — including menu placement in guest rooms, private chef services, event catering, or delivery

• Build relationships with gyms, sports clubs, and similar venues for sponsorships or collaborations on tournaments and events, or flyer placement

• Establish relationships with local village/banjar heads to find and secure locations for installing banners and signage

• Actively approach and invite communities that regularly gather — book clubs, women's and men's groups, game nights, Rotary and similar groups, or birthday and celebration events — to make our space their regular meeting location

• Open up opportunities for collaboration with travel agents, tour guides, drivers, local communities, event organizers, and charities, and create opportunities we haven't thought of yet

• Look for promotional opportunities in local print media — Sanur community magazines, school newsletters, and other local media

• Keep track of successful partnerships and opportunities built so we can see what's working well

About you

• Friendly, easy to talk to, and enjoys interacting with people

• Confident and comfortable speaking English and fluent Indonesian

• Domiciled in Bali, preferably in the Sanur area and surrounding areas

• Connections in the villa industry, hospitality, or local Balinese community are a big plus

• Independent, happy to work independently in the field

• Valid Class C driving license and own vehicle
