About the role
Ganusa Creative is the creative marketing agency helping brands grow through strategic content and creative solutions across digital platforms. We're looking for a proactive Business Development professional to help us grow by bringing in new clients, scaling the business, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key responsibilities
Find and approach new clients and turn leads into business opportunities
Identify new opportunities and plan strategies to scale the business
Maintain client relationships and explore opportunities for long-term collaboration
Monitor ongoing projects and client needs to ensure smooth collaboration
About you
Experience in sales or business development is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Interested in creative and digital marketing services
Good English communication skills for international clients
