Business Development Manager – Renewable Energy

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities within the renewable energy sector.

• Build and maintain relationships with project developers, EPC contractors, financiers, and other key stakeholders.

• Identify potential projects and build a strong business pipeline.

• Lead proposal development, commercial discussions, negotiation, and business development activities.

• Collaborate with technical teams to develop solutions that meet client requirements.

• Support the growth of technical advisory and Owner’s Engineer services.

• Monitor market opportunities and contribute to strengthening the company’s market presence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy projects.

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Technical Consulting.

• Good understanding of renewable energy projects and their commercial environment.

• Strong business development and client relationship management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to collaborate effectively with technical and commercial teams.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.
