Branch Manager (Pekanbaru)

General Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field

• Preferably has at least 2 years of relevant work experience, especially in building materials, cement, or ceramics industries

• Strong understanding of logistics operations and distributor-based sales processes

• Candidates residing in Pekanbaru or surrounding areas are preferred

• Willing to be place at Pekanbaru branch

Job Description:

• Develop and establish distribution channels within the assigned territory

• Promote and present the company’s products to potential customers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

• Handle customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met

• Prepare and submit sales reports in a timely manner

• Manage billing and payment follow-ups with customers
