Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end BPOM registration and notification process for all imported products to Indonesia.

2. Prepare, organize, and submit registration dossiers, including ingredient documentation, COA, labeling, and technical files.

3. Monitor BPOM approval progress and handle deficiency letters, clarifications, and follow-ups.

4. Ensure product labels, claims, and advertising materials comply with Indonesian regulatory requirements.

5. Establish and maintain an internal compliance documentation and archiving system.

6. Coordinate with manufacturers, laboratories, and overseas suppliers on regulatory documentation.

7. Continuously track updates in Indonesian supplement regulations and conduct internal training sessions.

8. Support the sales team with regulatory and compliance reviews for products.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in BPOM registration (dietary supplements, food, or pharmaceuticals preferred).

• Strong understanding of Indonesian dietary supplement regulatory framework and registration procedures.

• Ability to independently prepare and manage registration dossiers.

• Good command of English (written and spoken), mandarin plus point.

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and highly responsible.

• Experience in supplement companies or import trading companies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NAD, NMN, and functional supplement registrations.

• Pharmacist background (Apoteker) is preferred.
