individual to fill the following positions:

BIM Modeller (Electrical – ELV & BAS)

Join a forward‑thinking engineering team delivering high‑performance building systems across commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Electrical BIM models with strong focus on ELV (CCTV, PA, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data) and BAS/BMS systems

• Produce accurate shop drawings and model updates

• Collaborate with MEP teams to ensure seamless integration

• Maintain model standards, families, and documentation workflows

Requirements

• Salary IDR 8,000,000 – IDR 10,000,000

• Proven experience as a BIM Modeller – Electrical

• Strong knowledge of ELV systems and Building Automation Systems

• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM coordination tools

• Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Have at least 2 years’ experience

• Willing to be placed in site project (Karawang)
