Barista

About the role

This is a barista position focused on preparing beverages and providing excellent customer service in a café environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, espresso, manual brew, and non-coffee beverages such as tea or chocolate according to café recipes

• Understand calibration processes

• Demonstrate basic latte art techniques

• Receive orders, explain menu options, and provide beverage recommendations suited to customer preferences

• Clean and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other brewing equipment to ensure hygiene and durability

• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, work surfaces, tables, and bar equipment for shared comfort
