Backend Engineer (Golang) Level Middle

About the role

You will work directly with Product Managers and stakeholders in a highly collaborative manner within cross-functional, self-organizing, and highly autonomous teams. TDD/BDD, Refactoring, and Continuous Delivery are deeply embedded in the work processes. The team has around sharing sessions a week, spending time doing things like Katas, Dojos, and discussing practices and technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Build microservices applications in Go
• Work in a collaborative manner with Product Managers and stakeholders
• Participate in continuous improvement of work processes
• Engage in sharing sessions, Katas, Dojos, and technology discussions

About you

• Minimum 4 years of working experience
• Experience building microservices applications in Go
• Understand Object Oriented Programming Concepts
• Familiar with Linux environments and proficient in using containers and Kubernetes
• High conceptual and analytical skills
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and creative problem solver
• Able to speak English
• Willing to relocate to the job location
• Have the intention always to learn
