Supported automation initiatives within the Commercial Services department.
Developed and maintained automated workflows using Power Automate, Power Apps, and UiPath.
Analyzed business processes and identified automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement automation solutions.
Tested, monitored, and optimized automated processes to ensure smooth operations.
Prepared documentation and provided user support for automation tools and workflows.

Minimum Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
Proficient in Power Automate, Power Apps (Microsoft), and UiPath.
Able to work independently with strong initiative and as part of a team.
Fast learner with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
Able to provide an Active Student Enrollment Letter (Surat Keterangan Mahasiswa Aktif) from the university as part of the onboarding requirements.
