Automatic Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for reliability assurance of operational data access for BMS/EPMS systems in overseas data centers.

2. Organize local FM/FE teams to develop CMDB topology diagrams, conduct sampling inspections and maintain continuous data freshness.

3. Organize local teams to complete EMS point survey, data access, governance and optimization.

4. Organize local FM/FE teams to implement alarm convergence, EOP linkage, as well as formulate and drill emergency response strategies.

5. Conduct technical optimization assessment for automation & control discipline, and form standardized solutions for recurring issues.

6. Carry out special risk inspection, change review, maintenance technical assessment, maintenance review and global fly inspection for control systems.

7. Promote the implementation of key automation control technologies for global computer rooms to ensure stable operation of equipment automatic control.

8. Supervise vendors’ on-site change activities, and take charge of system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization and strategy configuration.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, HVAC, Computer Science or other related disciplines.

2. 5+ years of working experience, including at least 3 years in data center operation & maintenance management or quality engineering.

3. Familiar with control system architecture and operational logic, and understand logic optimization methods.

4. Well-versed in BMS/EPMS systems and infrastructure equipment, proficient in mainstream communication protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP, MQTT, etc.).

5. Capable of system deployment, commissioning, operation, optimization and strategy configuration. Coding / scripting ability (Python, Shell, etc.) is a plus.

6. Able to communicate in Chinese and English; capable of independent on-site technical communication overseas and English documentation writing.

7. Strong cross-departmental, cross-team and cross-cultural collaboration skills, with excellent execution and sense of responsibility.

8. Work closely with local FM/FE teams to drive the construction and implementation of IDC control systems from monitoring to automatic control.
