Auditor

About the role

Support the Head of Certification & Compliance in operational activities related to quality and food safety certification (FSSC 22000, HACCP, Halal, BPOM) and sustainable agriculture certification (Rainforest Alliance).

Key responsibilities

• Assist in operational execution of buyer audits

• Support implementation and maintenance of sustainable agriculture certification (Rainforest Alliance)

• Adjust documents according to the latest certification standard developments

• Revise procedures, reports, and other documents to identify risks or non-conformities

• Support socialization and training activities for employees regarding certification standards

• Coordinate with administrative teams at plantations, offices, and warehouses to prepare documents before and during audits

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education

• Understanding of quality and food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000)

• Understanding of sustainable agriculture standards (Rainforest Alliance) is an added value

• Able to communicate in English (spoken and written)

• Honest, detail-oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work collaboratively in a team and adaptable to the work environment

• Able to operate Ms. Office

• Willing to undertake official travel to audit locations as needed
