Audit Manager (Consulting/Manufacturing)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience at the managerial level

• Operational audit experience, preferably in manufacturing or consulting industries

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards

• Having a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) is preferable

• Willing to travel for business purposes, including factory visits

• Willing to be placed in Thamrin, Central Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate the Risk Universe across Corporate and Business Units

• Plan, manage, and monitor audit execution to ensure effectiveness and compliance with company standards

• Analyze and evaluate audit reports, providing recommendations to management to support decision-making

• Socialize and monitor the implementation of company guidelines and standards

• Manage departmental targets, including workforce planning, budgeting, and individual performance evaluations

• Oversee and enhance the competence and career development of team members

• Identify and promote process improvement initiatives to support corporate objectives

• Prepare and analyze operational reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness

• Maintain good relationships with Auditees and Top Management while upholding independence
