JOB PROFILE

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the allocated store. Assistant store managers report into the store manager. Day to day operations include but not limited to allocation of duties for staffing levels, stock controls, rostering, managing all controllable costs, budgeting, staff development, etc. All managers are expected to be hands on operators who engage in all levels of day to day operations.
