Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As part of the Burger & Lobster Indonesia team, this position manages the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic, and enhance guest engagement across digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage event planning and promotional activities

• Manage social media content

• Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to align marketing messages with seasonal menus and special offerings

• Monitor campaign performance

• Prepare reports

• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and media

• Maintain brand consistency

• Oversee marketing materials

• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in marketing planning, brand positioning, and campaign coordination.

• Experience with social media management, content creation, and basic digital marketing analytics.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, work to deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly beneficial.

• Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment, including occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays for events.

• Proficiency with basic design and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
