Assistant Bar Manager

Job Description :

• Support the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations to ensure service quality, operational efficiency, and consistent beverage standards.

• Supervise, train, and develop the bar team to maintain service excellence, teamwork, and overall staff performance.

• Monitor beverage inventory, stock movement, cost control, and stock variances to support effective inventory management and profitability.

• Maintain beverage quality and presentation standards while ensuring compliance with operational procedures, hygiene, and safety requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bar operations, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment.

• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beverage preparation techniques, and current beverage trends.

• Good understanding of beverage costing, inventory management, stock control, and beverage sales performance.

• Demonstrated leadership, team development, and communication skills, with good English proficiency and the ability to work flexible hours.
