Asisten HSE - Kebun Sawit

Requirements :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Forestry, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Assistant, specifically in oil palm plantations.

• HSE experience in peatland areas, including the management and control of workplace environmental risks.

• Understanding of ISPO implementation and experience participating in ISPO and/or PROPER teams.

• Possession of a General OHS (K3 Umum) certification issued by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower.

• Experience in implementing HSE Management Systems within an oil palm plantation environment, particularly in peatland areas.

• Understanding of OHS aspects, environmental issues, land fire risk mitigation, and peatland management is an added advantage.

• Willing to be stationed in Banyuasin 1, South Sumatra.
