About the role

An Architectural Drafter role based at PT Umawar Baraka Realty – CIBIS Nine, Cilandak, Jakarta Selatan, working across office and field project locations in Jakarta and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities

• Create and develop architectural working drawings according to standards

• Review working drawings from consultants (Structure, MEP, Architecture)

• Assist in preparing shop drawings and additional details according to field conditions

• Support work volume calculations and preparation of simple budget estimates

• Compile project progress reports (daily/weekly) with photo documentation and data

• Ensure alignment between drawings and work execution in the field

About you

• Educational background in Architecture (S1/D3)

• Minimum 1 year work experience as an Architectural Drafter

• Proficient in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)

• Detail-oriented and able to work according to deadlines

• Able to work both collaboratively in teams and independently

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply (OJT/field practice experience is an added value)
