Area Sales Promotion Supervisor

We're looking for a proactive Area Sales Promotion talent to own the action on the ground, spark consumer excitement, and turn great promotions into real business impact.

What you will do :

• Conduct visits for trade promotions and consumer promotions at distribution and sub-distributors.

• Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance.

• Track trade promotions and consumer promotions effectiveness.

• Carry out Below-the-Line (BTL) marketing activities in the assigned territory.

• Monitor outlet coverage (OC), effective call (EC), non-performing locations (NPL), and existing product distribution at distributors and sub-distributors.
  

We are looking for you, who :

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field with a minimum GPA of 3.00

• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in an FMCG company.

• Hold a valid SIM A driver’s license.

• Strong analytical skills for monitoring sales metrics and promotions.

• Execellent communication and relationship-building abilities with distributors.

• Willing to travel frequently for field visits.

• Willing to be placed in Purwokerto
