Area Sales Manager (Kalimantan)

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets in the assigned area

• Manage and supervise Sales Executive and field teams

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share

• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement

• Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key customers

• Ensure product availability and proper distribution in the market

• Identify new business opportunities and expand sales coverage

• Conduct regular market visits and monitor competitor activities

• Prepare and submit periodic sales reports

• Provide coaching and performance evaluation for team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any major

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG / Retail / Consumer Goods

• Proven experience in managing a sales team

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willing to travel frequently within the assigned area

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
