Area Manager – Resort Operations

About Us

PT Digiphoto Imaging Indonesia (DEI) is part of DEI Global, a leading souvenir imaging company delivering innovative photography solutions and memorable guest experiences across resorts, theme parks, and entertainment destinations worldwide.

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Area Manager to oversee our photography and sales operations across 6 resort locations in South Badung, Bali.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across six resort locations, ensuring smooth operations and excellent guest experiences.

• Drive sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Monitor and analyze P&L performance, including revenue, operational costs, and profitability.

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to achieve sales and service excellence.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with resort management and business partners.

• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company standards and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, resort operations, retail, tourism, or sales-driven operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

• Experience managing multiple locations or operational teams is an advantage.

• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve business performance.

• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L analysis.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of spoken and written English.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate, with flexibility to travel between resort locations.
