Area Manager - North Sumatera

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

• Supervise daily operations across multiple retail stores.

• Ensure all stores comply with company SOPs and service standards.

• Maintain strong store execution including visual merchandising and customer experience.

Sales Performance

• Drive achievement of sales targets, profitability, and key KPIs across all stores in the assigned area.

• Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Implement strategies to increase store traffic, conversion rate, and overall revenue.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.

• Conduct performance evaluations and provide continuous feedback.

• Build and maintain a high-performance, results-driven culture.

Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion rate, and inventory levels.

• Prepare regular performance reports for management review.

• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business performance.

Requirements

• Minimum S1/D4 from any major

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail gadget / consumer electronics or sales management.

• Proven experience managing multiple stores or outlets is preferred.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.

• Strong ability to analyze sales data, KPIs, and market trends to support business decisions.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Willing to travel frequently for store visits within the assigned area.
