AREA MANAGER (for Retail F&B)

(Scope of Area: East Java - Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

Managing and organizing all aspects of operating a Boost Juice outlet and responsible for sales achievement and the strategy including building, leading & managing a team in a fun environment whilst driving sales.

Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.

Minimal Experience 3 years in retail F&B (Preferably Area Manager/Store Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent).

Mastering F&B’s strategy in PNL, Labor Cost, Food Cost and COGS, Inventory Stock Opname &Excellence Service.

Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines in high-pressuresituations.

Excellent attention to detail, ability to operate a high performing retail store.

Great communicator and proven leader.

Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.

Based in Surabaya.

Willing to travel.
