Architect - Urban Planner (Real Estate/Villa Development)

About the role

The Architect will be responsible for leading the architectural design process from conceptual development through detailed design, ensuring that all design solutions align with project objectives, regulatory requirements, and buildability standards. As this role focuses on Real Estate & Property developments, the successful candidate should possess not only strong architectural design capabilities but also a solid understanding of urban planning principles, including zoning regulations, land use planning, and master planning, to support the overall development strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and layouts

• Ensure alignment with project scope and vision

• Collaborate with engineers to integrate technical systems

• Ensure designs are feasible and compliant

• Review drawings produced by drafters

• Ensure consistency and completeness of design documentation

• Provide clarifications during construction

• Review site implementation against design intent

About you

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

• Proven experience developing architectural designs, from concept through detailed/construction documentation

• Experience in urban planning is required

• Strong understanding of local building regulations, codes and buildability requirements

• Ability to collaborate with engineers, drafters and consultants to coordinate technical systems and drawings

• Experience reviewing and validating technical drawings for consistency and completeness

• Proficient in AutoCAD and related design/drafting software

• Strong attention to detail, spatial design sensibility and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken
