Android Developer Sr. Specialist

• Research and stay up to date with the latest Android development trends, technologies, and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze business and technical requirements for Android applications, and collaborate with UI/UX Designers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality products and features.
• Develop and maintain Android applications by implementing scalable, efficient, and high-quality code, working closely with Backend Developers, UI/UX Designers, and DevOps Engineers.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application issues by performing testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure application stability and performance.
• Maintain strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth project execution and operational excellence.
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing applications, adopting new technologies, and implementing coding best practices to improve development efficiency and application quality.
• Perform application maintenance and enhancements in accordance with established development standards and architecture.
• Create and maintain technical documentation to improve code readability, maintainability, and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare reports on application performance, error logs, development progress, and other ad-hoc reports to support monitoring and continuous improvement.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Android Developer; experience in healthcare or clinical applications is a strong advantage.
• Strong understanding of Android design principles, with proven experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store, including knowledge of the submission and review process.
• Experience integrating push notifications into Android applications.
• Proficient in Kotlin, Java, JSON, and XML, with solid knowledge of Git, RESTful APIs, synchronous and asynchronous API integration, and mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC and MVP.
