AFTERMARKET SALES ENGINEER

Job Description Summary

1. Develop aftermarket business in air compressor both for spareparts and services.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and manage sales pipeline to achieve revenue goals.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities for cross- selling and upselling

4. Managing customer inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

1. Have knowledge in air compressor system both electrical and mechanical.

2. A proved track record in sales and a strong understanding or sales processes are critical.

3. Proficiency with sales tools like Salesforce and Standard MS Office.

4. Bachelor Degree (RHVAC Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering) at least 3 years in Air Compressor sales or services fields.

5. Have good communication in Bahasa and English both written & oral.

6. Independent and a good team player.

7. Able to conduct travelling to multiple work sites.
