Affiliate Specialist - For Cy Beverages

About the role

Affiliate Specialist to support CY Beverages sales growth through affiliate programs on marketplaces and social commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop CY Beverages affiliate program on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and related platforms

• Search, contact, and invite affiliates/KOLs/creators to collaborate in promoting products

• Conduct regular follow-up with affiliates to ensure they actively create content and generate sales

• Prepare product briefs, promotions, pricing, vouchers, and materials needed by affiliates

• Monitor affiliate performance: number of active creators, content, clicks, orders, GMV/sales, and commissions

• Create reports and evaluate affiliate performance regularly using Excel/Google Sheets

• Identify potential affiliates/creators based on engagement and sales results

• Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, and Content teams to support campaigns/promotions

• Help execute campaigns during specific periods such as payday, Harbolnas, Ramadan, Lebaran, Christmas, and other marketplace campaigns

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 preferred

• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 1 year experience in Affiliate, E-Commerce, Social Media, KOL/Creator Management, or Digital Marketing is a plus

• Understand how affiliate marketing works, particularly TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Affiliate

• Actively use TikTok, Instagram, and marketplaces and understand content trends/social commerce

• Good communication and negotiation skills to work with creators/affiliates

• Experienced in follow-up and able to work with targets

• Able to use Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets to create simple reports

• Detail-oriented, responsive, creative, proactive, and willing to learn

• Able to work individually and in teams

• Willing to work WFO in Jakarta
