Affiliate Specialist

Job Description

• Source, recruit, and build relationships with affiliates, creators, KOLs, and MCNs for campaigns.
• Manage affiliate programs on TikTok Shop & Shopee, including commission rates, affiliate vouchers, and campaign needs.
• Coordinate product samples and follow up with creators for content and live sessions.
• Monitor affiliate performance across live and content, and evaluate campaign results.
• Analyze sales/GMV, traffic, and conversion to identify opportunities and improve affiliate performance.
• Prepare regular performance reports and maintain an updated affiliate/creator database.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Affiliate Marketing, preferably in TikTok Shop & Shopee.
• Good understanding of affiliate programs, creator/KOL management, MCNs, commissions, and vouchers.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working with targets and performance data.
• Experience in fashion, retail, or social commerce is a plus.
