Affiliate Marketing (Yogyakarta)

Tanggung jawab

• Identify and recruit new affiliates whose values align with our project objectives and target demographic, through direct contact (WhatsApp or email) or via platforms (such as TikTok MCN dashboard as well as via TikTok).
• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs based on client briefs, or run based on campaigns created.
• Brief selected affiliates, distribute samples and monitor their performance.
• Monitor and track affiliate performance affiliate campaigns.
• Foster strong relationships with affiliates by providing timely support, addressing concerns, and optimizing partnerships for mutual benefit.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Deliver basic regular reports and insights on affiliate program performance.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus.
• Operational and technical knowledge of TikTok affiliates and the TikTok MCN dashboard is desirable
• Adaptability in learning new tools, such as the TikTok MCN Dashboard
• Enjoys exploring new trends, specifically on TikTok, and generally across other marketplaces such as Shopee
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities
• Good interpersonal and networking abilities
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work hybrid in Sleman, Yogyakarta.
