Affiliate Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our team and grow our affiliate partnerships on Shopee and TikTok.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit suitable KOLs/KOCs and content creators to expand affiliate partnerships and achieve GMV targets.

• Manage affiliate marketing budgets and optimize campaign ROI.

• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, and content requirements with creators.

• Coordinate product samples and monitor video publishing schedules and sales performance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators to encourage long-term partnerships.

• Monitor content performance, orders, and sales data to optimize affiliate marketing results.

• Maintain creator databases and collaboration records while supporting team marketing targets.

Requirements

• Familiar with Shopee Affiliate and TikTok Affiliate platforms; relevant experience is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, patience, and strong execution abilities.

• Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Interest in home appliances and lifestyle products.

• Good understanding of Indonesian social media trends and the influencer ecosystem.

• Existing creator networks or a proven track record of successful affiliate campaigns is a plus.

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday

• 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM
