Key Responsibilities:

• Define, create, and manage marketing campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion using TikTok & Shopee Affiliate.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program and maximize sales traffic.
• Create engaging content and promotional materials for affiliates to use in their marketing efforts.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide regular reporting on sales, engagement, and ROI.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align affiliate campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to optimize affiliate initiatives.

1. Build strong relationships with affiliates and provide ongoing support and communication.

Persyaratan

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• 1 years of experience in affiliate marketing.
• Ready to working with target
• Experienced in handling seller center dashboard (tiktok, shopee, etc)
• Experienced in handling 100+ affiliate in a month
• Experienced in handling affiliate community will be a plus
• Experienced in handling affiliate video and live in tiktok
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and marketing analytics.
• Passion for the beauty industry and familiarity with Glow FX products is a plus.
