Admin Product Marketing

Job Responsibility

1. Prepare and maintain accurate reports (e.g., weekly sales stock reports, shipment fulfillment reports, LDU Planogram Data, etc)

2. Execute the end-to-end ordering process, including PO creation in Odoo, payment requests, payment follow up & shipment tracking

3. Monitor shipment status and coordinate with principal, store team, warehouse & logistics to ensure fulfillment to stores.

4. Administer stock regrouping and allocation by creating STOs and tracking execution.

5. Execute all merchandising activities (e.g., LDU ordering, payment request, delivery monitoring, support claim, etc)

6. Manage the DOA stock lifecycle in accordance with SOPs and to achieve the targeted recovery rate.

7. Together with PM recap all principals support (e.g., promo, price protection, LDU claim, rebate, incentive, etc) validate claim values, process claims, and coordinate payment follow-up.

Requirements:

1. Background education minimal D3

2. Having experience in retail industry will be a plus

3. Strong in data management and proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Odoo ERP is a plus

4. Having at least 1 year experience as admin
