Admin After Sales Shopee & TikTok Shop

About the role

Admin After Sales for Shopee & TikTok Shop, responsible for managing customer complaints, returns, refunds, and disputes across both e-commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and negative reviews on Shopee and TikTok Shop

• Record, process, and monitor customer return and refund requests

• Manage return cases involving exchanges, mismatches, damage, or lost items

• Submit appeals or disputes to Shopee and TikTok Shop, including preparing photo evidence, videos, and supporting documents

• Monitor the return process and ensure all after-sales issues are resolved properly

• Create reports and compile after-sales data regularly

About you

• Minimum 1 year of work experience in e-commerce after-sales

• Proficient in handling after-sales processes on Shopee and TikTok Shop, including returns, refunds, complaints, and appeals

• Understanding of appeal procedures and dispute resolution on e-commerce platforms

• Experience handling negative reviews and communicating professionally with customers

• Detail-oriented, responsible, communicative, and able to resolve issues independently

• Able to use Microsoft Excel for recording and reporting
