Accounting Software

Responsibilities:

1. Understand accounting process

2. Perform book-keeping and other accounting operations

3. Perform administrative duties, create journal voucher, generate PO and invoice

4. Perform accounting process simulation on Accounting Software

5. Conduct ' process testing ' on Accounting Software

6. Fulfil and update assigned task every day

Requirements:

1. Speak fluently and write effectively in English

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills

3. Organized with excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize effectively

4. Eagerness to learn in a software company

5. Highly-detail oriented with a problem-solving attitude

6. Experience: Min 1 year in similar environment

7. Have experience in using AI (need to specify during the interview)
