Tanggung jawab

• Input accounting journal data into the company's financial systems accurately and in a timely manner.
• Examine and verify the completeness and validity of supporting documentation relating to financial transactions.
• Reconcile financial data regularly to identify and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare and post adjusting journal entries as required.
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements.
• Support internal and external financial audits by preparing required schedules and documentation.

Persyaratan

• Hold or be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to utilise advanced formulae such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables.
• Exhibit a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Possess a solid understanding of accounting principles, the accounting cycle, and financial reporting standards.
• Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with various departments across the organisation.
