Accounting Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Review and ensure the accuracy of journal entries, accruals, reclassifications, depreciation, inventory adjustments, and Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) transactions.

• Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register, including asset classification, acquisition cost, location, useful life, and depreciation records.

• Review and monitor inventory transactions to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatment.

• Prepare, review and analyze product costing, cost of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.

• Monitor purchase cost, landed cost, freight charges, import duties and other cost attributable to inventory, where applicable.

• Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staff, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of accounting records.

• Participate in and review monthly financial closing activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Accounting.

• Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 - 2 years in a supervisory role.

• Has experience in manufacturing and/or trading company would be an advantages.

• Good understanding of Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK).

• Strong knowledge of general accounting principles, financial reporting, inventory accounting and fixed asset management.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formula and data analysis function.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Willing to be placed at Karawaci - Tangerang.
