About the role

This role is part of PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM), a financial services company focused on empowering underprivileged customers through financing and business mentoring for ultra-micro enterprises, particularly through the Mekaar program (Membina Ekonomi Keluarga Sejahtera). The position involves providing support and guidance to micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM).

Key responsibilities

• Conduct financing socialization to prospective customers
• Perform feasibility assessments
• Conduct socialization, identification, and interviews with prospective customers
• Implement weekly group meetings (PKM)
• Provide customer mentoring and support

About you

• Fresh graduate preferred
• Minimum education: SMA/K or equivalent
• Able to ride a motorcycle
• Interested in mentoring micro, small, and medium enterprise (UMKM) operators
