Account Manager (Sales Marketing)

About the role

Manage and develop relationships with corporate customers, offering solutions tailored to client needs while achieving sales and revenue targets. Coordinate with internal teams and handle customer complaints while maintaining service SLA. Identify and develop new business opportunities including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate customers (existing and new)

• Develop and offer solutions according to client needs

• Achieve sales targets and revenue goals

• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, support)

• Handle complaints and maintain service SLA

• Develop new business opportunities (upsell, cross-sell, renewal)

• Ensure customer satisfaction

About you

• Sales experience in ISP, NAP, Internet, Telecommunications, IT, or B2B Sales preferred

• Valid driving license (SIM A and SIM C)

• Willing to travel for business outside the city

• Prospecting, follow-up, and closing capabilities

• Ability to analyze customer needs and market opportunities

• Extensive network and relationships

• Based in or available for placement in Yogyakarta, Semarang, Pemalang, or Pekalongan
