Account Manager

Job Description

1. Acting as a liaison between the company & its existing clients, ensuring the relationship remains beneficial for both parties

2. Conducting client onboarding

3. Managing services, retention, & renewal schedules to clients

4. Making strategic offers related to upselling & cross-selling

5. Working collaboratively with related divisions to ensure that clients’ needs are met

Qualifications

1. Having representable appearance

2. Having excellent interpersonal relationship capability & communication skills, both oral & written

3. Having excellent phone & presentation skills

4. Having good negotiation & problem solving skills

5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Proactive & target oriented

6. Having good command of English is a plus Applicant must be willing to work mobile

7. Responsible, honest, communicative, & having integrity

8. Able to work independently & in a group

9. Open to all degrees of education, as long as having knowledge/ experience minimum 5 year in the related field

10. Willing to be placed in Jakarta
