About the role

Account Executive at CARA Florist Balikpapan responsible for building relationships with corporate clients, wedding vendors, and potential partners while developing sales and promotion strategies for florist products.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding vendors, and potential partners

• Develop sales and promotion strategies for florist products

• Create and present cooperation proposals

• Achieve sales targets and maintain customer satisfaction

• Analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Understand pricing strategies and commercial proposal development

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education (Management, Marketing, or related field)

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing (B2B and B2G, Event, or Retail preferred)

• Communicative, organized, confident, and target-oriented

• Own vehicle or flexible with travel

• Experienced in presentations and able to analyze client needs and offer appropriate solutions

• Understanding of pricing strategies and commercial proposal development
