About the Role:

PT Bali Boga Sejati is a leading fresh and processed meat company in Bali, home to the renowned Metzger brand. We focus on supplying international-standard products to premier cafes, five-star hotels, restaurants, beach clubs, and hospitality operators across Bali.

As an Account Executive (AE) – HORECA / B2B, you will be on the front line of building, managing, and optimizing strategic partnerships with Chefs, F&B Managers, and professional Purchasing teams. Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Exploration & Prospecting: Actively identify and connect with potential B2B partners in the HORECA sector (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, & Beach Clubs) to expand our business network.

2. Relationship Management & Retention: Nurture, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing partners through regular, structured engagement.

3. Product Consultation & Sampling: Professionally present our flagship product portfolio and organize product sampling/food testing sessions to provide tailored culinary and kitchen solutions for our partners.

4. Issue Resolution & Client Support: Serve as the primary point of contact to swiftly, professionally, and empathetically address, manage, and resolve partner inquiries or feedback with a strong focus on satisfaction.

5. Business Meeting Preparation: Prepare all supporting materials, updated portfolios, and necessary administrative documentation prior to partner meetings.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, with a preference for candidates who have taken coursework in Management, Communication Studies, Food Science/Technology, or Culinary Business.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or F&B/Hospitality; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Confident, strong problem-solving skills, eager to learn and grow, and results-oriented.

4. Holds a valid Driver's License (SIM A and/or SIM C) with reliable driving skills.
