About the role

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all live streaming activities run effectively and in accordance with SOP

• Manage, direct, and evaluate team performance

• Ensure achievement of operational targets

• Identify and resolve operational problems

• Conduct evaluations and provide improvements to increase work efficiency

• Create periodic operational reports

About you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in live streaming operations or a relevant position

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities

• Able to conduct monitoring and operational evaluation

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, disciplined, proactive, and results-oriented

• Able to work with targets and in dynamic situations
