Warehouse (Raw Material and Spare part) Supervisor

Responsibilities

-          Supervise the warehouse staff including raw material, spare parts and weighing bridges

-          Keep all sub ordinates motivation by monitoring the work conditions and counseling them in all activities especially management activities

-          Control that the procedures are applied and respected

-          Suggest alternative spare parts if there is no stock in the warehouse

-          Maintain the stocks item from any possibility of damage, fire and any warehouse accident/trouble.

-          Maintain the warehouse cleanliness,
and be sure that the staff apply the environmental ETEX and ISO rules

-          Manage the monthly stock taking; report to the maintenance manager all deviations

-          Implementation of occupational health and safety in areas responsible like the material and spare parts warehouse along with its processes

Requirements:

-          Bachelor’s degree

-          Min 5-8 yrs experience

-          English written and spoken

-          SAP & Warehouse Management System knowledge
