Waiter / Waitress (Nightclub) - PT. Svaha Jagad Bali

About the role

PT. Svaha Jagad Bali is launching a premium nightclub in Canggu. We are looking for agile, friendly, and customer-oriented Waiters & Waitresses to deliver top-notch F&B service to guests in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate food and beverage service to guests in bar areas, regular tables, and VIP sections

• Memorise and master the beverage and food menu to recommend and upsell products to guests

• Safely deliver orders through crowded nightclub environments using trays

• Proactively maintain table cleanliness, clear empty glasses, and ensure work areas remain tidy

• Coordinate with Bartenders, Bussers/Runners, and Cashiers to ensure orders are delivered on time and billing is accurate

• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their experience is enjoyable from start to finish

About you

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a Restaurant, Beach Club, Bar, or Nightclub, or a Fresh Graduate from SMK Perhotelan/Pariwisata with high motivation

• Able to communicate in basic to intermediate English (conversational) to serve international guests

• Excellent physical stamina; able to stand, walk quickly, and carry drink trays in crowded, high-volume environments

• Friendly, polite, agile personality with strong teamwork abilities

• Neat, clean appearance (good grooming) and attractive presentation

• Willing to work night shift systems (late evening until early morning), weekends, and public holidays

• Available to start immediately
