Waiter/Waitress (Daily Worker)

Boy N Cow Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Waiters/Waitresses to join our team on a part-time, daily worker basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a vibrant hospitality establishment in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests warmly and seating them at their tables in a welcoming manner

• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems

• Providing recommendations on menu items and beverages based on guest preferences and dietary requirements

• Delivering food and drinks promptly to tables whilst maintaining high standards of presentation

• Checking in regularly with guests to ensure satisfaction with their meals and addressing any concerns immediately

• Processing payments and managing transactions with accuracy and professionalism

• Clearing and resetting tables promptly between services

• Maintaining awareness of special promotions, menu changes and pricing information

• Working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow

• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests

• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

• A positive, friendly demeanor and genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak service times

• Flexibility and reliability, with punctuality essential for daily shift work

• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette

• Willingness to learn and adapt to our restaurant's specific procedures and systems

• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry plates and trays safely

• Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous
