As the Visual Merchandiser Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the in-store experience and elevating our brand's visual identity. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that not only showcase our products but also tell a story that engages and inspires our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies that align with the brand’s vision and marketing campaigns.
• Design and execute eye-catching displays that enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive branding across all platforms.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess visual standards, providing feedback and support to store teams.
• Train and mentor store staff on visual merchandising best practices and brand standards.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to refine merchandising strategies and optimize performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and elevate our visual standards.

Minimum Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably within the retail or jewelry sector.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous work and successful merchandising projects.
• Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
